Paying for Home Care
Many families can get home care at little or no cost through Ohio Medicaid. Dolly Care works with Ohio Medicaid managed care plans and the PASSPORT waiver program.
PASSPORT Medicaid Waiver
PASSPORT helps older Ohioans who need help with daily activities stay at home instead of moving to a nursing home. It is generally for Ohioans age 60 and older who qualify for Medicaid and need help with everyday tasks.
If you or your loved one is enrolled in PASSPORT, ask your case manager for Dolly Care as your home care provider.
Ohio Medicaid Managed Care Plans
If you get Medicaid through a managed care plan, your plan may cover home care services. Your care manager can request Dolly Care as your provider.
